Our desire is to be a safe, truthful presence as individuals make their own journey towards wholeness. LifeStar Counseling provides a nurturing alliance that brings hope, support, and healing.

LifeStar Counseling helps women:

  • find their unique beauty, voice, and purpose
  • walk through the valley of grief and despair
  • discover healthier relationships and boundaries
  • learn fruitful communication in their marriage and intimate personal relationships
  • learn to navigate the difficult teen years
  • grow from difficult teenagers to strong, confident women
  • who have been physically, emotionally and sexually abused
