My parents forced me to see Christi. I didn't want to go. I was already embarassed about being bullied at school. I didn't want to talk more about it. But I went. At first I didn't say much of anything but then I began to share what was happening and what I thought. Talking helped. Christi helped more. She showed me that I am exactly what God wanted me to be and that the bullies are the ones who have the real problems. It still hurts but I don't think the thoughts I used to. Thanks.

I have always had issues with speaking my mind and standing up for myself and what I believe. I came to LifeStar Counseling because of Christ's passion for helping women find their voice and be strong.
